THE POSITION
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leaver the AR Officer is responsible for setting up and managing the debtors function for NOVA Entertainment. More specifically you will:
Receive station credit applications and issue credit for new clients
Update and maintain debtors and credit terms/information/reports and ensure all ledger information is correct in Aquira
Conduct collection telephone calls to clients for overdue accounts
Receive/process/deposit debtor receipts
Assist in cashflow reporting and month end revenue reporting/closure including invoicing and statements
Provide proactive, high quality service by being helpful, friendly and responsive offering reliable advice and guidance
Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
THE SUPERNOVA PROFILE
We are ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Receivable focused role preferable within the media industry. This individual will be a superstar at Microsoft Excel and Outlook and will have a high attention to detail. They will have the ability to work under pressure while prioritising and working to tight deadlines. Experience working with the Aquira system will be highly regarded.
