If they fail the make-up examination again, the students should be expelled. Apply to your department with original transcript 4. No more than 1/2 of required graduation credits for degree student, 2/3 of required graduation credits for dual-degree students. Sept. 11 Sept. 22 Course Adding / dropping 1. Via student information system or 2. manual operation. Please submit course adding/dropping form to Section of Graduate Studies. Nov. 20 Dec. 08 Second Course Withdrawal 1. Withdrawal only. 2. Withdraw via student information system, print out the application form generated from the system, get signature from your advisor, and submit it to Section of Graduate Studies. 3. LEAVE OF ABSENCE Maximum: 2 years Fill out application form and leaving procedure form. ARC will be suspended during absence period. Courses you have taken will be cancelled during absence period.
