7. Credit Transfer Info
A transcript from your previous institution is required
A student who successfully completes the core curriculum of another state-assisted institution of higher education in Texas may transfer that block of courses to TAMIU.
TAMIU maintains a satellite office on the campus of LCC. All students are welcome to discuss the possibility of transfer and how courses will transfer.
A minimum grade of "C" is a required in all undergraduate courses in the academic major in order for the class to transfer.
Assessment of equivalency- Students pursing the degree of Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences may be granted vocational/technical field credit for work experience
