Current Con Plan covers 2010-15 An Annual Action Plan reports on the specific project funding allocations for a given year. Due to HUD by May 15th of Program Year. The Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) reports on progress toward goals set in Con Plan, utilization of funding, and matching funds.
