Real System The next 2 slides describe a real ingest system. The ingest can be based on either VTR (manual) or cart. The system has one or more transcoders to produce low-res previews. Multiple low-res previews can be produced for distinct purposes. All data are stored on the ETERE MAM media cockpit

Workflow Etere has an integrated workflow system Eac status or operation can be defined and tracked. Each step has a customizable set of users and properties

Workflow Sample This is a simple workflow It’s a censorship You can relate different steps to different stage of progress.

Steps Any step can be related to the office or person in charge in order to define forward and backward actions according to specific steps. (e.g.: only the financial office can give financial approvals and obviously it must be on the way of contract progress)

What To Do Any step can be related to a possible range of actions. Etere provides a list of all possible actions and let you to choose what to enable or disable in relation to each step.

History You can always detail the process history and everything is under control. (e.g.: Who has approved a step; when and where he was logged in).
