Spring 2015 - CAPP Information Presentation Online Registration By completing this process, you will be enrolling in these courses for college credit Grades are final and permanent on transcript As a UW Oshkosh student you must follow our policies, deadlines, and procedures for your class You are agreeing to pay any expenses associated with the course It is your responsibility to request UW Oshkosh transcript to transfer courses. They do not transfer automatically. CAPP courses are actual UW Oshkosh college courses!

WAIT! You cannot register until all of the following have happened: You have completed and submitted your UWO CAPP Admission Application You have waited several days for your accounts to generate You have received your UWO Student ID number via email You have used your UWO Student ID number to activate your NetID username and password

If you have completed all the steps on the previous slide, then you are ready to submit your course registration! If you have questions or concerns about any of the steps on the previous slide, please contact the CAPP Office at capp@uwosh.edu. Be specific with your question and make sure to include your name!

Online Registration Homepage Click here to begin a new registration form. Make sure you submit one form for each CAPP course you are taking each semester.

2. Select your class standing, high school, and CAPP course. 1. These values are automatically generated from your log-in. !DO NOT! edit these values. 2. Select your class standing, high school, and CAPP course. 3. Read and agree to the statements describing your responsibilities as a CAPP student, then click submit.

Once you click submit, your registration has been submitted!! Just make sure to submit forms for any additional CAPP courses (one form per course). A confirmation email will be sent to your UW Oshkosh email account (check your account set-up email for more information) You may also check your submissions from the registration homepage.

After submitting all registration forms for this term: You may check the online registration site regularly for the status of your registration forms. Check with your high school about payment deadlines.

How to interpret your submitted forms folder: Specifies the course Date last action was taken Your name Term and Year: Fall or Spring Current step of the approval process (waiting for teacher approval, approved, rejected, etc.) This table will show all of the registration forms you have ever submitted. You may check here to see which courses you have registered for, and where they are in the process of approval. Date you submitted the form

This is the sequence of states and their meanings: Waiting_for_approval: your form has not yet been reviewed by your teacher. Needs_liaison_approval: your registration will be sent to UWO faculty for approval. Appending_approval: your registration is being reviewed by UWO faculty. Waiting_for_capp_approval: your registration is waiting to be reviewed by CAPP Office Staff. Approved-archive: your registration has been approved at all levels. Rejected-archive: your registration has not been approved (this may be because you submitted duplicate forms) Sent-for-enrollment: your registration has been sent to the Registrar’s Office for enrollment. Check your TitanWeb page in a few days.

Timeline & Important Dates Each year deadlines are updated on the CAPP website: http://www.uwosh.edu/capp/students/semester-deadlines SPRING 2017 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 7, 2017 It is your responsibility as a college student to adhere to these deadlines. Students in Spring Only Courses: Registration for courses will occur in the spring.
