Click here to begin a new registration form. Make sure you submit one form for each CAPP course.

All courses beginning in the fall semester choose Fall.
All courses beginning the the spring semester choose Spring.**
**Spring registrations should not be submitted until January 2017!

Just make sure to submit forms for any additional CAPP courses (one form per course).
