2 Online Student Test Registration Welcome to the Online Student Test Registration ‘How-To’ Information. Launch the website by opening the following link: https://clock.uss.ualberta.ca/ClockWork/user/test/default.aspx Note: This document should be used as a guide and for reference to the actual process. The slides may differ slightly from the website, as the online server is updated constantly. The best instructions are found on the website, as they are most up to date.

3 To log into the system, use your CCID and password. Note: You must register for an exam at least 7 days in advance; otherwise, the system will not allow you to register for the exam.

4 Student Online Test Registration Process: To schedule a test, midterm, or quiz, click the “Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz” link. To schedule a final exam, click the “Schedule a final exam” link. Mid/Test/Quiz/Lab Final/Night Class Final Final Exams View your Exam Schedule here

5 When you click to book an exam (test or final) the main screen shows up as follows. You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following the Student Code of Conduct regarding exams.

6 From the drop down menu, select the course for which you need to book the exam / test.

7 From the drop down menu, select the course for which you need to book the exam / test - example below.

8 From the list of provided dates / times, select one time and date (when the class is writing the exam). If the exam you are trying to register for is not on this list, click the “select an alternate date and time” link, and look at the next slide.

9 Specify the exam date, the time at which the class starts writing the exam, and the exam duration in minutes.

10 Confirm the Instructor’s contact information.

11 Select the test - specific accommodations for which you are approved and require for this exam.

12 If you have any additional requirements regarding the exam, enter them here.

13 From the list of provided dates / times, select one time and date. Limited / only one option may be available. If so, that denotes the only time(s) to write the exam with SSDS. If you are unable to write at the time/date provided, contact the Exam Administrator at the SSDS Exam Office location, CAB 215.

14 Confirmation Page. Once you submit exam details, the system will not allow online changes. Changes to the exam arrangements may be made up to 7 days prior to the exam by contacting the Exam Office. All information for final exams must be in the system prior to deadlines. Check with the Exam Office staff to ensure adherence to all deadlines.
