Future Plans for the Isett Seta Labour To implement Learnership and Internship programmes in under represented provinces in partnership with provincial governments. To further train and up-skill unplaced learners. To secure experiential training and placement opportunities for unemployed graduates. To date 408 graduates trained and placed at a total cost of R 18, 36m. To further train 3000 graduates on the internship programmes in the next 18 months as part of the JIPSA programme. Continued support to SMME training providers. Encourage companies to enroll at least 15% white learners of Learnerships.
