Learnerships and qualifications registered from level 1 to 7 on the NQF
More than 66% of employed learners have already completed their programmes
More than 51% of unemployed learners have entered learnerships
80% of people entering are Black, 50% are women and 4% are people with disabilities

7. Development Projects
To address shortage of scarce skills professionals in sector
Fasset funds training of learners in workplace readiness skills – which includes both soft skills and technical financial skills
Learners are black and/or disabled
Once employed on a learnership they may be put forward for a Learnership Cash Grant (LCG)

8. Bonani Workplace Readiness
Black unemployed finance graduates with B.Comm degrees or National Diplomas
Offered in Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Free Sate and the Western Cape
Intensive 5 month Workplace Readiness Programme (WRP) including training in a ‘virtual office’ environment

9. Scimathus Work Readiness
Assist black learners to access higher education in the Economic and Management Sciences
Offered in the Western Cape
Content includes academic language, study and thinking skills, computer literacy and statistics

10. Pagamani Workplace Readiness
Unemployed matriculants or incomplete qualifications to attain certificate from the AAT
Candidates receive work-readiness training
Learnership is designed to be completed within a year whilst working and studying

Mentorship offered for at least 6 months after the intervention
