Technology Upgrades – O365 / MyABAC Merge O365 Students O365 Employees O365 Students & Employees \\ABAC0 MyABAC Sync Passwords / Attributes

Technology Upgrades – O365 / MyABAC Merge July 20th Preparing mailboxes for move-- Anything older than 90 days moved to new O365 service. Nothing will be lost, but you will not be able to access old s until the project is complete. July 22nd and 23rd – we will migrate All will be migrated on Close of Business, Friday, July 22 nd. Once account is migrated, you will be able to access . Any sent during that time will be queued and delivered after migration. Your mailbox will be unavailable during the migration. Could be 8 hours depending on mailbox size. No or files will be lost or deleted. July 23 rd – Saturday morning around 9 a.m. When you log into your after migration use your MyABAC password (Password used to access computer and Centrify).

Technology Upgrades – O365 / MyABAC Merge 1.Move will only affect employees. 2.Must have accessed for OneDrive for Business within last 180 days for files to be moved (also more than 25mb of data) 3.SharePoint / Yammer will be moved last: July 24 – 25 4.Status: Instructions on resetting phone and Outlook client. List any issues with the project. Provide support desk contact information.
