On Tuesday, September 13th after 9:00 AM, go to on your computer or laptop.
Enter your current Netteller ID or Alias (now your Username) and click Log In.
Enter your Security Code. Your security code is your Username and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (Employer Identification Number [EIN] for Business accounts). Do not insert spaces, dashes, etc. between the two sets. For example, if your Username is janedoe and your Social Security Number is , then your temporary password will be janedoe1111
Create your new login. You may use your existing Username. Create your new password. Your new password must meet our password requirements:
*Minimum of 8 characters
*Uppercase letter AND Lowercase letter
*Number
* Special character such as: # $ * ( )
Review and Accept the Terms and Conditions. This is an important step that cannot be bypassed.
If you already have a Username with the original River Bank & Trust, you may click on the I already have a Username link at the bottom of the page to continue to merge the Usernames together.
Setup Security Questions and Answers.
Setup Personal Greeting and Image.
Answer the Security Question and input your password (created in step 4).
Set up your phone numbers for OOB (Out of Band Authentication).
Enrollment is complete! You can now access your River Bank & Trust accounts!
Note: You are now able to log in to your new Mobile Banking app once you complete
these steps.

New Internet & Mobile Banking Launch for former Keystone Bank Customers!
The launch of our new Internet & Mobile Banking on Tuesday, September 13th will require former Keystone Bank customers with access to the current system to complete a new authentication process. Please access a desktop computer to follow these steps to your right, and your one time authentication set up will be complete.
Also, the app you currently have installed on your mobile device will NOT be in service beginning Friday, September 9th at 3:00 PM. Please delete the old app before installing the new app.
All Mobile banking users must install the NEW River Bank & Trust Mobile Banking App. Starting Tuesday, September 13th at 9:00 AM, the new app will be available for download.
