Office 365 offers cloud workspace for all Administrators, Teachers, and Students. Its also provides a site for departments and schools to store information that is shared with all employees. This week’s segment is an introduction to the OneDrive component of the Office 365.

Having your documents in the cloud means that you can access these documents from any place, on any device, at any time.
Students can also use their cloud to create, collaborate, and communicate assignments to fellow classmates and their teacher.

Accounts have already been created for every administrator, teacher, and student in Mobile County Public School System.   This cloud is safe for all students because it is only accessed and shared within the Mobile County Public School System and is not public.  You can edit online and off line and in real time with fellow collaborators. 
What about files you already have on your computer?  Upload those files to the cloud for the future access.  OneDrive will also Sync a copy of your cloud documents to your computer so that you have the ability to work offline.
