iShop Module – Customer Portal Customer Portal  Customer Portal is used to manage your iShop account. This is the Account Management Screen.  Manage Quotes  View Order History  View and Add Shipping Addresses  Change , password, and contact info  Company Agents  Log out  Access company agents through the Account Info link  You must be logged in to access the Customer Portal

iShop Module – Customer Portal Customer Portal  Manage Quotes  Make quantity changes to items in a saved quote  Delete a quote  Add a quote to the cart for purchase  There is no limit to the number of separate quotes you may save.  See the Managing Quotes training module for details on creating a new quote.
