2. New Users/Suppliers
1. Use the website link below to access the J. Crew web portal for ordering VST-R alarm tags
Web Portal Address/Link -
2. Click on Register User
Click Register User

3. 3) Complete the Register User page:
NOTE: Do NOT leave spaces between numbers in Contact Phone field. Once Register User Form is complete, click on Register.
NO spaces between numbers
Click Register

4. 4) Registration is Complete. Logout.
A successful registration including password is sent to the address listed on registration form.

5. To Place Orders
Use the website link below to access the J. Crew web portal for ordering VST-R alarm tags
2. Enter and Password (confirmed by ) and click Login.
Click Login

6. 3. To Place a New Order, click [here]

7. 4. Complete Create Order page:
Enter and Verify Billing & Shipping Information
Then Scroll Down to make item selections

8. Complete Create Order page (CONTINUED):
Select your required products and quantities as shown below
NOTE: You MUST Click on Add to confirm each product to order
Select a product from the drop down menu and enter the quantity you require

9. 5. Review your Order Lines and then Click Check Out

10. Review Order Details and Agreement, then Click “I accept”
6. Complete your Order
Review Order Details and Agreement, then Click
“I accept”
Lastly, Click on Place Order to complete your order

11. 7. Order is completed and a confirmation including order cost will be generated automatically. A second will also be sent confirming that Tyco is processing your order.
8. Tyco VST-R Order Administration will send another follow-up with order confirmation details, payment requirements, an invoice, and bank details for payment.
