2. 2 Welcome to the new ATCC ® website We’ve integrated several new features to make online ordering easier for you and your purchasing agents. Let’s get started!

3. 3 Create your online profile If you haven’t already created your web profile, click on “create a profile” and complete the required fields.

4. 4 Associate your profile with an account If your organization has an existing ATCC account, select “yes.” Then, type in your account number and the billing postal code for accounts payable.

5. 5 Login and account quick reference After you associate an account with your profile, your account number will appear at the top of every page when you login. The account number being displayed cannot be used to place a valid order.

6. 6 No account? No worries! Don’t worry if you don’t have an account, just select “no,” and you’ll have an opportunity to complete a New Account Application after your profile is complete. Instead, sign up to receive updates on new products, application notes, and culture guides.

7. 7 Features of your profile page Once you’ve established your web login, click on your “Welcome” name and view your “My ATCC Profile.” This page allows you to manage your preferences, such as password, customer account number, shipping address, and end-user lists.

8. 8 Additional features of your profile page Your profile page also allows you to create and access saved carts and wish lists. Want to view your product order history, pay an invoice online, or join a mailing list? No problem! You can access those from your profile page, too.

9. 9 New “quick order” features Now that you’ve got your profile set up, let’s take a look at some of our improved shopping cart features. If you already know your item numbers, use the “Quick Order” link at the top of the page.

10. 10 Add to your cart from search results If you don’t know your ATCC numbers, search for the products you need using the search field. Then add items to your cart right from the item search results page.

11. 11 New shopping cart features Let’s add an item to our order, and take a closer look at the shopping cart. Note where to select or add an end-user, select or add a shipping address, save an order or add the item to your wish list, or submit the order to your purchasing agent.

12. 12 Add details to your shipping address After selecting a shipping address, be sure to note the specifics, like department, building, room or lab number. You can also select recipients other than yourself.

13. 13 Completing an order – place it or save it If you’re ready to complete your order, the “Payment Information” section will allow you to select your preferred method of payment. You can either enter a credit card number or use a purchase order number. If your cart’s complete, but needs review or approval, you can save it for later. 14. 14 Proceed to checkout After entering your method of payment, click “Proceed to Checkout” where you can review your order prior to completion. If everything looks correct, submit your order. Submit!

15. 15 Order confirmation Once you submit your order, an order confirmation screen will be displayed. After your order is reviewed for permit requirements, we’ll send you email confirmation to let you know when to expect your shipment to arrive. Print or save!
