Objectives: To understand what a Change4Life sports club is? To network with others around how they impact the least active at school To review where you are now and where you want to be

Change 4 Life Sports Club

Principles of a Change4Life club Targets the least active Has a diverse workforce Targets year 3 – 6 Promotes healthy living and physical activity Focuses on team work, resilience, confidence and self esteem rather than results FUN!

Competition! On your tables, holding hands in a circle, you must move the hoop all the way around back to where it started with out breaking hands.

Providing training and payment for midday supervisors to introduce playground games at breaks and lunchtimes Employing expert advice to evaluate the school’s current strengths and weaknesses in PE and sport, and implement plans for improvement Engaging the least active pupils in after school activities, for example ‘Change4Life’ after school clubs Ofsted
