Making your IAP Front Page – Create a front page for your Individual Action Plan (IAP). This can be creative to reflect your personality/career aims. Use the templates on the next pages to help My strengths -Look at the my strengths example on the next page then create your own. Give examples that prove this is a strength Things I am not good at/ interested in-Look at the example on the next page and draw up your own list and think about a reason for each or example Types of careers and areas I am interested in- Look at the example drawn up and create your own. Give example of jobs, qualifications needed and job prospects. Link to research you have done in Post 16 Unit. Use the evidence from Kudos. What do I need to do to get the job done? Look at the example drawn up and again create your own which should be a list of ideas of the steps you need to take. TASK 7: Timetable to success-see last page
