Subject pronoun They may be used to express the subject within a sentence. Example: I Love my country. They are: I, you(singular), he, she, it, we, you(plural), they. Personal pronoun There are two sets of personal pronoun: Subject pronoun and object pronoun.

Object pronoun They may be used to express the object within a sentence. Example: Rita likes her. They are: Me, you(singular), him, her, it, us, you(plural), them.

Reflexive pronoun They are used as an that refers back to the object of the sentence. They are: Myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself,, yourselves, themselves etc. Example: A computer can not work itself.

Possessive pronoun They are used to express a noun indicating ownership or possession. They are: Mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, yours, theirs, myself, yourself, himself, herself, itself, ourselves, yourselves, themselves etc. Example: This house is ours.(pronoun) This is our house.(adjective)

Demonstrative pronoun They are used to point and to identify a noun indicating number and distance. Example: This (chair) is new but those (chairs) are old. Singular Plular Near Far This That These Those

Relative pronoun They are used to link one phrase or clause to another one. Example: I saw the man who was catching fish. They are: Who, which, that, what, whom, whose etc. Interrogative pronoun They are used to ask questions. Example: What is your name? They are: Who, which, that, what, whom, whose etc.

Indefinite pronoun An indefinite pronoun indicates only that you are talking about people or things, rather than referring to a specific person or thing. Example: Anybody can answer this question. They are: everybody, anybody, anyone, no one, everything, some one etc.

Reciprocal pronoun The reciprocal pronouns are used to indicate that people do the same thing. Example: We should help each other. They are: each other, one another.
