Thursday, April 21 st, 2016 CONVERTING U.S. CUSTOMARY UNITS OF WEIGHT

 Talk with a partner…  What are some units of measure for U.S. Customary weight? QUICK REVIEW

 One slice of bread is about one ounce (oz).  O for ounce (oz), O for one slice OUNCES (OZ) = 1 ounce (oz)

 One loaf of bread is about one pound (lb)  lb = loaf of bread  Thank you Madison!  You can find a puppy at the pound and you weigh it in pounds.  Thank you Trent! POUNDS (LB)
