Most people use… Metric Metric is a system of measurement that most of the world uses. The US does not use the Metric system (We use Customary).

Kilo means 1,000

Grams are smaller than ounces. 2+ lbs. = 1 kg. Kilograms are bigger than pounds.

7 MASS 16 oz.=1 pound 2,000 lb = 1 Ton 1,000 grams=1 kilogram
Customary Metric 1,000 grams=1 kilogram Conversion 1 oz. is about 28 grams. Conversion 1 kilogram is a little more than 2 pounds.
