Helping others is going to help me” 2nd year BA (Hons) Business St Andrew's Healthcare has approximately 600 patients and employs over 2,500 staff. We have been associated with the University of Northampton Community Volunteers for 6years and during that time our relationship as a partner has grown into a valuable resource for volunteer recruitment. We receive a steady flow of volunteers through the service which during our association has improved dramatically, most noticeably this year, in a change in the attitude of volunteers which is a reflection of the support and guidance they receive from the service. We have an opportunity to showcase our organisation at the Annual Volunteer Fair where this year, we have not only broken all records of volunteer recruitment but are extremely impressed by the quality and maturity of students.
