4 What do we do? To empower young people and mentors through personal and career development To offer professional, ongoing, support to young people, volunteers and the local community To offer enjoyable, creative, and meaningful vocational training To facilitate the transition into education or employment for young people. We aim to offer young people unique experiences of work and skill development. We aim to offer mentoring support for all our young people, delivered by adults both locally and internationally.

5 What have we achieved so far? Empowered 151 peoplethrough projects, training, and community events Directly supported 44 young people and 10 adults To facilitate the transition into education or employment for young people. 10 The next 6 months… - Mar 2016 How do we ensure we continue to offer inspiring opportunities to young people? Ensure that we are consistent in delivering high quality, supported provision? That we expand our capacity to reach more young people whilst not compromising quality? Do things the right way around – funding first, followed by a singular programme

11 Funding Strategy £6000 Worthing Churches AVA - £100,000, decision to be made in May 2016 The Paul Hamlyn Foundation - £35,000 – Sept or Jan funding round Awards for All - £10,000 – pending refunding early 2016
