Introduction “You now have to decide what ‘image’ you want for your brand. Image means personality. Products, like people, have personalities, and they can make or break them in the market place.” This quote let me realize that marketing managers require the creativiatity. It arouse my interest on this job. Marketing managers need to estimate the demand for products and services that an organization and its competitors offer. They identify potential markets for the organization’s products. I like analazing very much. It is the biggest reason for me to choose this job. Also, The jobs of marketing managers are usually stressful, particularly near deadlines. And I like fighting and working,I do not want to choose a easy job. I will search the nature of work, working conditions, training, qualifications, job outlook, employment, earnings, and related occupations about this career which help me to know about it.

Nature of Work  Work with department heads or staff to discuss topics  Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns  Negotiate advertising contracts  Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings  Develop pricing strategies for products to be marketed, balancing the goals of a firm with customer satisfaction  Meet with clients to provide marketing or technical advice  Direct the hiring of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff and oversee their daily activities

Working Conditions  Mental  inside  work in offices with own computer or people  work 50 or more hours per week  Deadlines, tight schedules, and overtime  travel to meet with clients or representatives of communications media.
