How to be a professional teacher? Wallace Guo, 2015

This is not a speech, but it is a thought- sharing. So… … Let’s play a game!!!

Everyone is different. 人人不同. Treat them differently. 请区别对待。

A professional teacher learns to share teaching techniques and achievement with their colleagues.

Put safety first. We should consider everything in danger ahead of time.

Always remember you are the modal of your students. 1.Dress like a professional. 2.Always be on time for work. 3.Be prepared well. 4.Treat your colleagues and supervisors with respect and support them. Your students will treat you with respect. 5.Be passionate, positive and enthusiastic about your work.

Keep up to date with your marking and grading of students’ tasks.

Keep your students attention. Keep your students attention.

Simplify your lesson = make it easy to understand Understand that every topic in the book has some practical application.

Nobody is perfect, teacher is just a person. So, the teacher can’t be perfect, but they are trying, that ‘s enough!!!
