What’s Your Leadership Style? Introductions Where do our ideas about leadership come from? Attributes of a good leader -Characteristics and behaviours What kind of leader are you? Final tips

Introductions Who you are Past leadership experience –either as a leader or as being led Any significant experiences you have had being mentored by a good leader Introductions if it’s a small enough group: 10 minutes Stand up, introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your past leadership experience. It could be about your own experience as a leader, or about a significant experience you have had being mentored by a particularly memorable leader –good or bad.
