Prepare Clothes Close fasteners (zippers, snaps, buttons, etc.) Tie loose ends (drawstrings, etc.) Empty Pockets – Any stories??? Machine or Hand Wash Select Temperature – HOT – Disinfect, greasy items, white – WARM - reduces fading (compared to hot) – COLD - conserves energy, better for colors and prevents shrinking Select Cycle – How long and how vigorous
Machine Dry - select time and temp Dry Flat - prevents from stretching Hang Dry – use plastic hanger or clip hangers Air Fluff – unheated – freshens pillows Always…. Remove items immediately Clean lint filter EACH time
