9 NYCC EC Team Extra Care Project manager EC Role/Responsibility; Project manage all live projects Develop pilots for services related to extra care and evaluate effectiveness of services/facilities Develop procedure and protocol to ensure consistency across all projects to prevent re-venting of wheels to share lessons learnt Promote strategic commissioning of services to deliver and enhance benefits of EC to communities.
