 Graft:  illegal use of political influence for personal gain  Kickback:  Illegal payment  Persecution:  The act of oppressing or treating badly  Prejudice:  A judgment formed without knowledge of the facts.  Salvation:  deliverance from evil, the act of being saved.  Turmoil:  extreme unrest and commotion  Mass transit:  Public transportation system designed to transport a large number of people along fixed routes.
