Organ Donation Uniform Anatomical Gift Act -allows an individual to donate his/her organs upon death. –One organ and tissue donor can save more than 50 lives. No costs to the family for donation, and it will not affect funeral arrangements. When applying for a driver license the first time and when renewing, the MVC staff will ask if you would like to be an Organ Donor. 18 years or older can say yes, legally consenting to the donation of organ or tissue. 6 point ID verification To be issued a NJ driver’s license a resident must prove Age - Identity - Legal presence in the U.S. A resident must present different documents to prove age, identity and legal status. Minimum requirements for driving Eyesight 20/50 vision with or without corrective lenses. One eye only, the 20/50 rule and the applicant must have documentation signed by a licensed physician. Vision recheck, MVC may require a vision recheck of a New Jersey motorist.
