Amendment 11 Places limits on law suits against states
Amendment 12 Changes the procedure for electing President and Vice-president (now they are on the same ballot)
Amendment 13 (Civil War Amendment) Abolished slavery and forced labor
Amendment 14 (Civil War Amendment) Defines US citizenship to all born or naturalized in the US Guarantees due process and equal protection to all citizens under the law
Amendment 15 (Civil War Amendment) Allows voting to all men regardless of race
Amendment 16 Gives the authority to levy an income tax
Amendment 17 Establishes the direct election of Senators
