PRE-DETERMINED OBJECTIVES : PERFORMANCE RESULTS Out of the 58 planned performance indicators: – 37 (64%) have been achieved, of which 19 were exceeded. – 21 (36%) indicators have not been achieved. The factors that contributed to non-achievement include: – moratorium on filling vacant positions – lack of funding to build permanent exhibits, leading to DMSA receiving inadequate income from the use of its facilities. 5
