Primary Balloon o Helium inflate the primary balloon, tie with ribbon and attach weight. 260 Balloons o Fully air inflate a 260, then release a tiny bit of air to make the balloon more pliable. o Tie the ends of the balloon together to create a ring. o Repeat two more times for a total of three rings. o Twist the rings in half, making sure the knot rests in the middle, to create a figure 8. o Repeat with the other two rings. o Twist all three figure 8s together at the twist, creating a six-loop cluster. o Place this cluster under the helium filled balloon and twist two balloons around each other to secure it as closely to the bottom of the balloon as possible. 260 Balloons o Fully air inflate a 260, then release all the air. o Tightly wrap the 260 around a cylindrical object (such as a cello wrap or wrapping paper roll). o Secure the tip of the 260 balloon to the top of the cylinder using a clip (a Clip-N-Weight works great for this). The tighter the balloon is wrapped, the smaller and tighter the spiral will be. o Fully air inflate the 260, slip it off the cylinder and tie. Repeat to create a second curl (depending on the balloon, you can add up to 3 curls if desired). o Tie all the curls together to form a cluster. Place this cluster over the 5” cluster and pull down in between the balloons so the curls are locked in place under the balloon as shown.
