2 Ordering Cut Flower Product
New Cut Flower Program Your new cut flower product will be provided locally by Designers Choice in Chelsea, MA. We grow our own flowers in our own 41 different farms in Colombia. Cut flowers will arrive boxed in treated water & new buckets every order. No need to clean buckets, simply remove existing bucket & replace with new Bucket & Bouquets Cut flower product will be sleeved and labeled with a UPC, sell by date, and retail price to be ready for display. * Please do not sell past date . Flowers should be unpacked & displayed upon arrival or placed in refrigeration. Be sure to check your order in against your invoice. Ordering Cut Flower Product Your store will carrying 2-5 price points; $2.99, $5,99, $6.99, $7.99 Assortment will include Rose bouquets & Seasonal Mixed bouquets. Recipes will change periodically to be seasonally appropriate. Store will have reoccurring weekly shipments, along with 6 month commitment after receiving rack system. Deliver schedule is being worked out. But will be a Just In Time system.

3 Displaying of Cut Flower Products Knowing Your Cut Flower Products
A plan-o-gram is provided for product positioning. Empty and toss all existing buckets and flowers. Record waste in markdowns. Buckets are sales ready upon arrival. Place product directly from arrival cases into display rack. Stagger/set buckets 2 wide on the bottom and 1 in the middle on the top for balance. Knowing Your Cut Flower Products Cut flowers will last days on display, giving customers another 5 days of enjoyment. Daily Care Water level in the buckets should be checked occasionally. Check freshness of flowers. When product is visibly distressed please remove from display immediately and discard. If you wouldn’t buy it, don’t sell it.

Fixture Setup: The top bucket should be centered. The 2 bottom buckets need to be spread to either side of the middle bucket (as shown below). *If all buckets are positioned too close to each other it may cause the fixture to tip. Place roses in the top spot Place 1 case of the mixed bouquets on the left side Place the other case of mixed bouquets on the right side
