your name II. “Youth are our potential, let’s give them a chance!” Inovative youth programme created by EAM Main goal: to raise the level of entrepreneurial culture among youth in all Montenegrin municipalities Target group: persons under 30 years of age 3-month preparatory training on entrepreneurship and project writing 9-month work practice at EAM branch offices in each municipality Key outcomes: developed bussiness plans and created project applications (national and EU funds) Special targets: creating local employment teams and association of entrepreneurs; peer learning; developing local comunities Results: 135 bussiness plans for unemployed persons, 64 project applications and 3 entreprenurial clusters formed
