3 TAIEX Multi-Country Workshop 3 PES OFFER FOR PEOPLE AGED 30– IN POLAND 1. Vocational counselling, job placement, IAP etc. 2. Youth guarantee Within 4 months from registration as an unemployed, young person has to be offered a job or other form of activation 3. LLL instruments Chance to gain new qualifications and/or vocational and social competencies 4. Subsidised employment (schemes for employers) 5. Entrepreneurship support (training, loans, grants) 6. 5 TAIEX Multi-Country Workshop Internship voucher Guarantee to finance an internship offer found by unemployed Labour office finances costs of 6-months internship including: a)monthly scholarship – 120% of unemployment benefit b)the costs of access to and from the place of internship – as a lump sum c)costs of necessary medical or psychological examinations The employer who employs the participant after the 6-months internship for the period of the next 6 months will receive a bonus in the amount of PLN 1500 (≈ 340 €) implementation of voucher is based on IAP Internship voucher Guarantee to finance an internship offer found by unemployed Labour office finances costs of 6-months internship including: a)monthly scholarship – 120% of unemployment benefit b)the costs of access to and from the place of internship – as a lump sum c)costs of necessary medical or psychological examinations The employer who employs the participant after the 6-months internship for the period of the next 6 months will receive a bonus in the amount of PLN 1500 (≈ 340 €) implementation of voucher is based on IAP 5 Izabela Kaczmarska, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy, Poland 24th May 2016
