Todd Anderson has to travel to India managing a customer call center and to train employees there. Also, to investor shares of his company. Todd faced a lot of difficulties to adapt of India’s culture.

Culture Clash 1 The economy of India is a big different than US. The USA is High Long-term orientation because work hard to improve themselves, but India is short term orientation They interested by the traditional and the culture.

Culture Clash 2 India’s people eat with the right hand reverse the American people because they think the left hand it is not good to eat with it. In India is highly Uncertainty avoidance index because they have roles and tradition should follow it. In US is low Uncertainty avoidance index they have different ideas and doesn’t society for anyone.

Culture Clash 3 The building in India it’s old. However, in USA building is big and clean. All employee work in customer call center is highly collectivism, while in America is low contact employee with each other.

Culture Clash 4 India’s people are believe the goddesses because they think bring luck, but in USA they don’t believe of goddesses.

Culture Clash 5 Customs and traditional in India for girls is to engage in a small age, but in USA the girl make her own decision. In India is low Masculinity Because girls doesn’t have the freedom. However, in US is High Masculinity vs. femininity because the girl and boy are the same in evrything.
