2 Todd’s living alone Indian culture has a strong personal relationship between individuals in society, and we can see this when Purohit asked Todd “you don’t live with your parents ?!“ Also , when he asked Todd “ Did you see them every week ? “, those question's show us that Purohit is surprised bout this situation. (Trinder, Intercultural Studies, 27 September 2015) . (Maniaci, 2013) In India its something important that you hold a strong responsibility to your family. On the other hand, in USA culture its not important and necessary that you should live with your parents , and this what we concluded from Todd answers when he say “ no , few times a year “, so we can say that USA have a low personal relationship between individuals in society . (Maniaci, 2013) USA has a high collectivism comparing with India which has a low collectivism and high individual and we can conclude that from the percentage , 91% in USA on individuals and 48% in India . According to Todd’s answer that he living a lone and not get a responsible for her family and this is one of individual characteristic “Self-orientation” . (Trinder, Intercultural Studies, 8 September 2015) . (Hofsted center,2015) On anther hand Purohit is example of collectivism and he is taking care for his family and this is one of collectivism characteristic “ expect absolute loyalty to group (nuclear family, extended family, caste, organization) “ .

3 Aisha’s engagement USA culture has Intermarriage common which is mean they can marry from outside their culture , they can choose their Life partner by own , and we can improve this from Todd question to Aisha about her engagement and his husband “ what about you right to choose by you self ?” also when Todd surprised about that Aisha’s is engagement since she was 4 years old and their parents choose to her his husband “ I can’t believe it ! “ . On other hand , India have a Very rare marriage with outsiders , Aisha’s told Todd that she was engaged since she was 4 years , “ my families knows each others for generations “ so from Aisha’s answer we can conclude that Indian society has traditional arranged marriages , and their parents have planed for the marriage like Aisha’s family they was decided to her when she 4 years old . (Culture of India, 2015) . (Maniaci, 2013)

4 water inside the office
USA is higher than India on Uncertainty avoidance (UAI) . According to the percentage , USA has 49% on Uncertainty avoidance but India has 40% . Todd is an example of a high uncertainty avoidance culture , and one the characteristic of this culture is they use formal and informal ways to manage the risk and avoid it . (Trinder, Intercultural Studies, 27 September 2015) . (Hofsted center,2015 We can see that from Todd action when he see the water covering the office and the employment can’t work because of the water so he said “ people , will ganna up to the roof “ also he said “ we will back online up stares “ so , uncertainty is how the members on a society can coexists with anxiety (problem) with minimizing uncertainty , Todd solve the water problem when he instruct them to go to roof . (Uncertainty avoidance, 2015) . (Maniaci, 2013) on other side , India has a low Uncertainty avoidance , so receptive to new ideas and concepts is one of the characteristic of law uncertainty culture . When Todd instruct them to go to roof they coexists with this situation and they try to connect the network and they did it , so India culture can coexists with the problem and sudden actions which is one of the low Uncertainty avoidance character . (Uncertainty avoidance, 2015)

5 Todd’s personal information
India is one of the countries which has a high context culture , so they have a high general information . According to the movie , the Indian women starts to ask Todd some personal information like “ what is your father do ?” and “ are you marriage ?” it is normal in Indian society asking person questions about his personal information , and this what happened to Todd’s when the Indian women asked him about his life . (Maniaci, 2013) . (Trinder, Intercultural Studies, 27 September 2015) Opposite side , USA which is an example of law context culture it have a Specific information which mean they have a privacy information . Todd’s was surprised about the Indian women questions so he didn’t answer some of the question .

6 Todd’s late In Indian culture they prefer Team work, this mean they prefer to work with a group in order to achieve a goal . (Teamwork, 2015) So , Aisha’s action was an example of a team work when she set  in Todd’s  place and starts to do his work because he was late and she complete the job in order to achieve the team goal which is decrease the MPI to 6 . On other hand , USA is one of low context culture countries , because they have Clear division of responsibilities which is mean each person on the job has a clear responsibility. Todd was surprised about Aisha’s action when she set in his place and did his work because on Todd culture each on has a clear division of responsibility for what they must do , so Aisha's and other employee have a clear responsibility in the job .
