Culture Clash: Puro’s aunty started to ask privacy questions for Todd, so he was surprised and more confused about her questions to answer it. While in Puro’s aunty feel more comfortable and free for asking these questions. Scene 1 Descriptions: Todd and Puro and his aunty were sting together in the hotel lobby and Puro’s aunty she stated speak on privacy questions with Todd. Hofstede Dimension: -individualism and collectivism (idv). USA has an individualism score of 91 (country n.d) and that shows when Todd feel not comfortable and feel embarrassed to answer Puro’s aunty privacy questions because USA people taking care of themselves and Making decisions based on individual needs (Hofstede n.d.a). However, India has a score of 48 (country n.d) and is more collectivism which means they are primary loyal to a group and making their decision that based on what is best for the group in this case getting marriage and have a children (Hofstede n.d.a).

3 -uncertainty avoidance (uai)
Descriptions: During Todd is site with Puro and Puro’s aunty he eat some food with his left hand and he licking fingertips. Culture Clash: Todd started eat by his left hand and licking fingertips and he back it into plate again. He feel comfortable with this. While Puro’s aunty wonder from this and he told him to change her hand and eat with right hand. Scene 2 Hofstede Dimension: -uncertainty avoidance (uai) Indian country stands for High Uncertainty Avoidance with 40 score (country n.d) because they have more formal rules that they have to stick with it for example they prefer details, specific plans like: food’s traditional and etiquette (Geert Hofstede's n.d). However, USA society considered with Low Uncertainty Avoidance with 46 score (country n.d) because they believe that the fewer rules is the better and they look up to individual opinions for example it tend to be stable society (Geert Hofstede's n.d).

4 -long/SHORT term orientation (lto)
Scene 3 Culture Clash: Todd doesn’t want to passing by using a Indian movie filming back to China. while Dave need to work or proprietary data of these guys before reply to India because China already run an existing call center. Descriptions: Todd and Dave talking about outsourced job to move Indian film into Chania to train and manage someone. Hofstede Dimension: -long/SHORT term orientation (lto) USA country stands for 26 score (country n.d) Short Term Orientation that related to social duties and stands for future effort and achievement.. For example: Dave emphasis on quick results and he want for Todd to be an personal steadfastness and stability important (Hofstede n.d.b). So it probably would be easier to the American boss to transfer the company to China. However, Indian society is part of Long Term Orientation for 51 score (country n.d) For example: Indian nation emphasis on persistence and they are an personal adaptability important (Hofstede n.d.b). So it probably would be difficult to the Indian boss to move the company to China.

5 -individualism and collectivism (idv).
Culture Clash: Puro is surprised about Todd and his family relationship in that he doesn't live with his parents even though they live very close to each other. Puro also says to Todd that you hate your boss and you don’t like this company so why don’t you choose something else. While Todd answer that in his world which is America it just make sense to work a lot and go into credit card debt. Descriptions: Todd and Puro were sat together and have some drinks while talking about their families and jobs. Scene 4 Hofstede Dimension: -individualism and collectivism (idv). The Indian society considered as collectivism culture with 48 score (country n.d) because they have a very strong responsibility to family. For example: they are extended family/tribe who expect absolute loyalty to group (Hofstede n.d.a). However, the USA reflected by individualism society with 91 score because these people are taking care of themselves and self- orientation (Hofstede n.d.a). For example: Todd have manual to live a lone and far from their parents.

6 -indulgence vs. restraint (ind).
Descriptions: Todd and Aisha were walking and talking to each other and have some discussion between relationship and marriages rules. Culture Clash: That Aisha doesn't want to walk and speak with Todd in public area, because people may talk about them, but Todd said for her you are free women to speak intensely if you want. Moreover, That Aisha’s family had been chosen the husband for her since when she was 4 years old, Todd didn’t believe it that she had a arranged marriage because he think that she have a right to choose for herself. Scene 5 Hofstede Dimension: -indulgence vs. restraint (ind). The American country have Indulgence for 68 score (country n.d) their nation that allows to human natural enjoying life and having fun and also has full control in his life. For example, Todd believe that he has the right to choose who want to marry her and who want to build a relationship with (Jeffcoat, j. 2013). While Restraint score for 26 (country n.d) stands for Aisha from Indian country that their society band her needs and rights, so she out off control her life. For example, Aisha’s family are decided from before who will be her husband without takes her decision because her family knowns each other from generations (Jeffcoat, j. 2013).
