2. Individualism VS Collectivism
Collectivism is group, assuming that the group's well-being comes first, and the individual is expected to conform to the group's needs which is seen in the movie at 1:22:04 Mr. Toad was standing with one of the agent of the call center agent, listening to his call and when the call ended he ask the agent to look back and see the MPI which is less than 6 which was their target and they achieve it and Mr. Toad said to all “well done team with your efforts we bring the MPI less than 6” and whole team clap and stand on their seats to celebrate the success of their team and Mr. Toad said “ you all are amazing” and Mr. Peru call center Manager went to all agents one by one and appreciate their effort to achieve the target. So it shows the team is working collectively to achieve the team target.

3. The power distance in the movie is Low Distance where people strive to equalize the distribution of power. At 48:31 time of the movie Mr. Toad saying to Aasha that you are the best we have and I saw you giving advice to other and Mr. Toad tell her that we need the MPI under 6 so when Mr.Toad was informing about her future Role as Assistant Manger the call center Manger Mr. Peru doesn’t mind it rather he accept his suggestion by shaking his head downward and later both sit together (Aasha and Peru) to monitor the activities of their colleagues from separate cabin so it shows as the people in the movie doesn’t create hurdles for the people who have talent rather they accept his or her role and change his power and position which result in distribution of power.

The dimension Uncertainty Avoidance has to do with the way that a society deals with the fact that the future can never be known the uncertainty avoidance low in the movie which can be seen at 1:22:28 where the head of business from USA is saying to Mr. Toad to pull out hard disk data as they are moving to China where they have existing call center and they will be live tomorrow in china and said “China is new India 20 Agents with the Price of 1” at 1:23:49 he went to Locust saying I have a bad news for you “Western novelty has decided to move to china all of your jobs have been outsourced its over Mr. Dave will take hard drive and you have month pay that’s it” so one of the group member say its ok If i lost job no problem I got engaged to Elizabeth in USA and whole team celebrate it and the group team member were not sad rather they know that they will get job in future same confirm by Mr. Toad at 1:24:50 when he say to Peru why they are happy once they listen the news of their job lost” .

In the movie the people is willing to accept change and take challenge whenever necessary as on 1:17:46 when Mr. Toad and Dave enter the office there is water all around and Peru is busy in removing water from the office so Mr. Toad told them we are going up the roof for the work to continue and the whole group accept and accept the challenge they rewire the whole computer in 20 minutes and the whole group accept the challenge and start working on the roof.

In the movie the desire is weak which can be shown on 1:02:05 where Mr. Toad asks Aasha to do “unfair act” with him and Aasha is willing to do and ask Mr. Toad to keep this act as secret and don’t let anyone know about this as she don’t want the society to know this as it is considered unacceptable in the society.
