Example questions and how you can help See parent booklet Encourage children to underline the important information (e.g. more, less, altogether, half) and discuss what these words mean Encourage children to break down the numbers into tens and ones Encourage the children to spot the relationship between numbers E.g = 10 so = 100
Other ways you can help If you are looking for maths workbooks, we recommend the following:

Reading test Children will be required to: Find information from the text and copy it Infer information based on what they have read Use reasoning skills to draw their own conclusions about what they have read Comment on the author’s language Give their own opinion about the text See example questions in booklet

How you can help Encourage children to read at home and ask them the suggested questions in the booklet Enjoy reading!
