Šakotis is a popular Lithuanian traditional cake.It can be decorated with chocolate and flower ornaments, but it is often served plain. Šakotis is one of the most important desserts in celebrations, especially at wedding. If you want to make it you need: 5 eggs 1 g lemon’ s essence 125 g butter 6 glasses of cream (20% fat) 80 g flour 10 g cognac

Preparation: Butter and sugar rub well till the solid mass, constantly put 1- 2 eggs. Then put flour, lemon’s essence, pour cream and cognac. Stir everything well. For baking you need to have a special stove with a switch, because all mass you need to trickle on that switch. Sweet mushrooms: 150 gr melted butter 1 teaspoon baking powder 150 gr sour cream 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar cinnamon Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, pour melted butter.Mix baking Powder and sour crean into the dough.
