Keys to Dribbling  Keep ball close and in front of body by using taps  Use the inside and outside of feet.  Use both feet  Use traps to control ball  Eyes up

Dribble Rap  Dribble, dribble, dribble,  Tap, Tap, Tap  With the inside and outside of my feet, I do my dribble rap.  I keep my ball close, and I use Traps. Eyes UP!

Keys to Kicking  Eyes on ball  Approach/run to ball, and step next to ball with opposite foot  Bend kicking leg back  Use inside or top of foot.  Contact point-middle of ball  Extend Leg and follow through to target
