The outputs of an IO assessment identify areas where IT infrastructure investments can generate technology, business and financial value returns. By establishing a compelling value proposition for technology acquisitions, Microsoft partners who engage their clients in an IO assessment can move the sales dialogue from a tactical to a strategic conversation.
