3 How Call Ups Work for All Divisions
For every game, each team is allowed a maximum of 4 guest players to play for their team. Each division is different for where teams can call up guest players from. It is extremely important you know where your team is able to call up players from. The charts in the next few slides will be able to explain where you can get your guest players from in more detail. Minor players from CMSA can be called up at any time for any Open Division team (see restrictions below), as long as they have a signed minor restricted movement form and their CMSA ID card brought to the game. Minor call ups must be at least 16 years old to be eligible to play You are only allowed a maximum of 2 minor call ups per game CMSA Tier 1 can only play as a guest player in the Major to Division 3 groups. CMSA Tier 2 and below can be a guest player in any Open Division.

4 How Call Ups Work for All Divisions
If your team is in the Open Divisions (Major to Champions League)… Maximum 4 call ups per game Can call up a player a maximum of 6 times

5 How Call Ups Work for All Divisions
If your team is in the Champions League… Round 1 – Teams can call up from groups other than their own Round 2 – Teams can call up from the division below. National League can call up from the opposite National League group Round 3 – Teams can call up from the division below Bronze teams can call up from other Bronze teams Teams can call up from CMSA Tier 2 and below (max 2 call ups per game), O30 Tier 3/4, and O40 at any time!

6 How Call Ups Work for All Divisions
If your team is in Over 30… Can call up a player a maximum of 6 times Maximum 4 call ups per game Players must be at least 30 years old to be called up

7 How Call Ups Work for All Divisions
If your team is in Over 40… Can call up a player a maximum of 6 times. Maximum 4 call ups per game. Players must be at least 40 years old to be called up

8 Bonzi Team Bonzi Team is an excellent tool to use to help manage your team and get league updates! With Bonzi Team you can… Send invites to your returning players so they don’t have to come into the office to register every season! View who is available from your team for each game or event! Get automatic updates on game changes, etc Notifications must be turned on to receive updates Print out game sheets for each game!

9 How Players Register for Your Team
There is one of three ways that players can register for your team Invite through Bonzi Team You can invite players and coaches to join your team by adding them to your team roster through Bonzi Team! The next slide will explain how you can invite your players/coaches to join your team. If your player is brand new to the league, they will still need to come down to the office to get a player ID card even if they accept the online invitation. Registering in the CWSA Office Players can come into the office and fill out a registration form in person and get on your team that way. This may be the best way for brand new players to the Women’s league to register, as they will have to get a player ID card at the office. Scan and the registration form The registration form can be found online on the CWSA home page under Forms  Player Registration Form. The form must be filled out and it can be scanned and ed to New players will still have to come to the office to get their player ID card made.

10 How to Invite Players/Coaches on Bonzi Team
Once you login to your Bonzi Team account… Follow the steps below to add players/coaches Players user accounts are recognized in the system by their address! New address = New player account. Can’t have two accounts with the same address! Step 2 Step 1 Step 4 Step 3 Step 5

11 Important Note on Coaches
All coaches and Managers for any open team, and all Classics Provincial contending tiers must have a current Police Clearance. Police Clearances are current if they are completed within the last three(3) years. To get a police clearance, please contact the CWSA Office for more details. All coaches who will be on the team bench during games must have a CWSA ID Card. Coaches can get their ID cards at the CWSA office.

12 Game Sheets In the CWSA, there are two ways of bringing game sheets to the games. Manual Game Sheets CWSA has booklets of carbon copy game sheets for teams to have for each season. These booklets are great to have in case the printable game sheets do not work, or if you just prefer the hand written game sheets instead of the printable ones. Printing Game Sheets You can get the printable game sheets off the bonzi team website where you would manage your team. To learn how to print off game sheets for your games, please follow the steps on the next slide.

14 How to Enter Scores Score Entry
Teams are asked to enter the score of their game through the CWSA home page. Login is your address Password located on the menu beside Coach Score Entry on the website Please enter your scores within 48 hours along with the Fair play score for each team and appropriate stats if you can. Goal Scorers Yellow/Red Cards If the stats were not recorded on the sheet by the referee, just input what stats you have and we will fill out the rest once the game sheets arrive in the office.

15 How to find players for your team
Team Message Centre This is an excellent resource to use when trying to find new players for your team. You can submit a posting/ad for this page for players to contact you in regards to playing on your team, or alternatively you can contact players directly who have submitted their information on here. Sections include Teams Looking For Players (Open Divisions) Teams Looking For Players (O30 Divisions) Teams Looking For Players (O40 Divisions) Players Looking For A Team Miscellaneous – For any other postings/ads not relating to needing/finding players like selling jerseys, equipment, etc.

16 How to reschedule games
Rescheduling games If you require a game to be rescheduled, please follow the rescheduling policy posted on the CWSA website. Click on the left hand side menu: Documents Governance Rescheduling Policy

17 Fair Play & Ref Evaluations
In order to increase referee evaluations and fair play... Referee will give each team fair play points out of 10 for each game. Teams will be awarded an extra 2 Fair Play points for completing a ref evaluation for each game within 2 weeks of the game being played. (max points per game is 12 with ref evaluation) It is extremely important that we get constructive feedback on the referee if possible in the comments section! Please keep a copy of the confirmation /screen for your records in case there is a discrepancy in fair play points for referee evaluations. Fair play points will be deducted for each red or yellow card your team is given (-1 for each Yellow, -2 for each Red) The average fair play score to get your bond back has been removed. Teams will be given prize money for finishing first, second or third in their division for Fair Play ($50 per team x the number of teams in your division). 50% for the 1st place winner 30% for the 2nd place winner 20% for the 3rd place winner
