7 Now you are ready to 1.Create Flyers for your Target Area 2.Hand Delivery vs Postal Walk Delivery Recommendation Personally Hand Deliver Postcard/Flyers. By the time you get home you've already got Leads in your system and they keep coming in for 2 - 3 days... sometimes even up to 6 months later!

9 Creating Landing Pages STEPS 1.Decide on how you want to brand your Home Prices System by creating a banner in power point, 2.Buy the URL(s) so you know you have them to point to your landing page(s) for marketing; 3.Insert the same Banner as is on the Flyer on the Landing Page at the top; 4.Next, insert the Text into the middle of the Landing Page; 5.Insert the Google Squeeze Page; 6.Finally insert your information and disclaimer in small, faint print. 7.Have the Domain Name URL pointed and masked to the Landing Page URL 8.Test the Landing Page by filling out and submitting a request, 9.Check your Squeeze Page Spread Sheet for the Lead and make sure you change the Notifications to Alert you when a lead comes in! 10.YOU'RE DONE AND READY TO CAPTURE LEADS! Important Note Flyers and Landing Pages are not about the Real Estate Agent they are about the Area that you the agent would like to target! Wording on Flyer/Postcard and Landing Page are KEY!

14 Now the Leads start coming in... here's how to Send Out The Information they requested from Your Flyer 1.Enter the Leads from the Google Squeeze Page Reply Sheet into your CRS preferably as they come in and, 2.Email out a Home Prices Report as soon as possible; 3.Set up in a Client Management with an Email System; Dear John, Thank you for your request for information on Home Prices in Stouffville. To view the most recent MLS active listings on all homes in all price ranges in your area please click on the link below. 15 Getting the Information for the Link Stouffville Home Prices Report 1.Target Area - set up a flex search to be saved in your MLS system 2.Photocopy an enlarged ma0p of the area 3.Enter every street name in that target area and save the search 4.Now search the streets in the area for all the Active Listings 5.Send the report to yourself as a thumbnail display (depending on how many active listing there are) 6.Open the Link you receive 7.Copy the URL 8.Enter it as a hyperlink in your Home Prices Report email 9.SEND it out...yay!
