2. The BBC structure is when they operate the day to day of the BBC. The Executive Board are the ones who make sure nothing racist, offensive, sexual indoctuctions etc will be broadcasted. They run the whole site of the BBC and over look what is being put on to the website so they don’t seem like they are not being offensive to any of their views or readers like on the videos, pictures, writing, stories etc. The BBC is global in Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland. 3. Cool.fm is placed in a town called Newtownards in Northern Ireland. It’s operated and owned by Bauer Media they also own part of Big City Radio. It is Europe's Largest Privately owned radio station. Bauer is a worldwide empire having 230 magazines in 15 countries, they also have online, TV and a radio station. People love Cool.fm because it is the home of the best known music on Radio. Cool.fm keeps Northern Ireland/UK up to date on everything. It is one of the biggest commercial radio station in Northern Ireland. Cool.fm is publicly owned and is a National radio station in all of the UK. There is 11 Cool.fm presenters e.g. DJ Hix, Mairead Campbell, Ryan A, Steve Turnbull.

4. The Sunday Times is a Global newspaper that is published in the UK and Ireland. The News Corporation owns News UK which owns The Sun Times. It is done like this because The News Corporation is a big company in the U.S. So they get their UK company to over look The Sunday Times, Sun, The Times. You can get the ‘The Sunday Times’ by using the internet on your computer, phone, newspaper. Mike Darcey has been Chief Executive Officer since 2006, Chris Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for leading the Uk’s operational planning, distribution functions and other parts.

6. Omnicom Group is one of the biggest global Advertising company. They are a global company that work with over 100 different countries and within the countries they have over 5,000 clients. management and board of directors of the company Their main office is in America in New York City. there is a very large management structure because it is such a big company so they have people over looking the accounts, finances, etc
