8 Curriculum Self-help skills: daily routines (coats, backpacks, lunches, toileting, hand washing, zippers, buttons, etc.) Communication: articulation, language development, vocabulary Social/Emotional/Behavior Skills: cooperative play, conflict resolution, ability to communicate needs/feelings, age-appropriate behaviors, participation, compliance with rules and routines Pre-academics: shapes, colors, numbers, 1 to 1 correspondence, letter, phonemic and phonological awareness, sight words, following multi-step directions in order to complete a task Fine motor skills: handwriting, coloring, cutting, pasting Independent learning skills: independent work areas for task completion

10 Conferences Parent-Teacher Conferences are held twice per year (December 5 th & 6 th ) Transition Meetings for students transitioning to Kindergarten
