2. 1.1Why did you use a computer? What other systems / resources could you have used? I used a computer because it was easy to use I was able to get all the information I needed from the internet and it would be very clear to understand because its on a computer just in case I didn’t have very good hand writing and they year six's wasn’t such good readers I had all the resources I needed and it wouldn’t be able to get lost because it would be saved and it would be on your own computer so no one else would be able to get inside a mess with it or anything like that.

3. 1.2What skills did you need to learn in order to use PowerPoint? you need to know how to put audios and videos and pictures onto your PowerPoint and how to time your slides when you need them to change over. I need to learn how to look for certain images and files and I need to know the information about my school. I also need to learn how to import text and word art and also how to change the font size and change it to bold and I need to know how to change the layout of PowerPoint How to put hyperlinks into my PowerPoint and connect them into the internet

4. 1.2What resources did you need to make the presentation successful? You will need to know how to put audios and pictures on your slide and how to time your slides. When I do the slides I want to look good so I use the background and I used animations and hyperlinks so my presentation are looking really good importing my pictures and my writing. I can change the layout of my PowerPoint so it looks properly presented. I can move my front to the middle of the slide or the slides. I also had to learn about animations to make my presentation look good and its more for children looks good and it isn’t more for children then adults

5. 1.4What factors might have affected how well you completed the presentation? (e.g. time / attendance / knowledge of software) I don’t think that I spent enough time on the presentation If I'm late to lessons that could affect how well I completed my work if I get easily distracted so I need to try and make it to lesson on time and not get distracted then I will be able to get more work done. If I just sit around and talk to everyone I will get no work done and if I listen I will know what I'm going to do and be able to get done without no problem being done and get a pass in it

6. 1.6Why did you use PowerPoint to make your presentation? What other software was available? Why did you choose not to use them? I used PowerPoint because it was the easiest software to use it told use how many slides we used and it had everything we needed to do and make it successful it also makes it more organised and it is a lot better for information so you can but more then you need on I can also add pictures and on them I am able to change the font size make it bold, italic and also underline it I can add charts all different kinds and you call also make it how you would want to how ever you want

7. 2.2Which tools within PowerPoint made it appropriate for your presentation? Word art was a tool we needed to use because we wouldn’t be able to make the titles the way they are made and it made the titles look fancy. I used animations in the slides and I hyperlinked to make the presentation look interesting and make people want to keep looking at and it would be easier to go from the presentation to the website you need to go to without going of the presentation itself and I also changed the font size so it was appropriate for the slide it was on and copy and paste to paste the picture on the presentation.

8. 1.7Were there any legal constraints or local constraints that changed the way you created your presentation? (e.g. copyright, file sizes, AUP) If we as a school wanted to use a certain picture we wouldn’t be able to because of the data protection service because they didn’t have a parent’s permission so it wasn’t in our right to use pictures of students we as a school could have got sued so we would have had to be careful what pictures and other things we used We had a limit of how big our whole presentation was so we couldn’t add extra videos and pictures to it because we had a certain amount of size we had but it all fitted in fine

9. 2.4What improvements do you think you could do to your presentation? I think I needed to add abit more information about the school and the words I used were abit advance so some of the year six's wouldn’t be able to understand it properly I needed to take more time on it because I rushed it towards the end of the presentation and needed abit more pictures and some more sounds and videos because I would of made it better and more animations would of made it more childlike so they would of enjoyed it better and liked what they was seeing and could of considered come here to smiths wood

10. 3.2What improvements do you think you could have done to improve your work rate? (keyboard shortcuts, file names & locations, backups, work after school, templates, planning) If we had more time after school we could of probably made it a lot better, also maybe if we had templates to use or other PowerPoints to refer to and improve on them this would of helped it a bit, and maybe if we planned before going straight into we could of made it better because we would of knew how to make it better
