3. We have started! 2009 - start of implementation of Pilot Phase by CSPC, supported by USAID and in cooperation with SIQ “Slovenian model” accepted – NGO Quality Standard 2008, based on the ISO 9001:2008 standard and some foreign systems designed exclusively for NGOs

5. What we have now? 23 certified Internal Auditors of Quality Assurance Systems for NGOs 10 certified 10 certified Managers of QMS (Quality management System) in NGOs, and 10 certified QMS Leading Auditors in NGOs Experience and knowledge from study visit to Slovenia

6. Next steps Certification Promotion (CSOs, government, donors, businesses, general public) Spreading of the intiative to larger group of CSOs Cooperation with similar initiatives in the region
